During the programme we work together to uncover and clarify your personal values and vision, and work to remove obstacles that stand in your way.

What is the format of the programme?

The coaching programme provides six scheduled coaching sessions, and offers ad-hoc telephone/email support between sessions.

Trial Session - (30 minutes, Free) if you are new to the concept of coaching and would like to experience it, a one time complementary trial session may be offered - If you would like to try this please call.

Initial assessment - (90 Minutes, £50 Fee) In this we define the coaching relationship, examine in detail what you would like to be coached on, and start investigating your values and vision.  We will agree review stages and the coaching agreement.

Coaching Programme - (Fees £200 per month) providing six 50 minute scheduled sessions over a 3 to 6 month period with ad-hoc support.  This is the core part of the coaching relationship working on the areas identified in the initial assessment.  The coaching relationship is on a monthly retainer basis so that outside the formal sessions you can email/text or call me (within pre-defined limits) to discuss things that come up that either can't wait for the next formal session or you need to talk through part of the plan we've worked on previously.

Due to to on-going relational nature of coaching I restrict the number of clients I take on so that I have sufficient capacity to service my clients needs... so if you are not already one of my clients please contact me to find out whether there are any available openings - If I am unavailable I have a number of other coach's in my network that I can recommend to you.
